Serban Group has successfully completed the acquisition of most of the shares of HAL Company, a company of Argentine origin specializing in automation and omnichannel and with a solid presence in the Ibero-American market. Welcome to the Serban Group family!
The acquisition of HAL Company represents an important strategic step for Serban Group as this merger is expected to consolidate its presence in the Enterprise segment by allowing it to expand its portfolio of solutions and thanks to HAL Company's expertise and permeability in this sector.
Alberto Mingo, Global CEO of Serban Group, enthusiastically announced: “We are already collaborating with HAL in several areas of the business. This step allows us to carry out a complete integration of operations, giving Serban Group the ability to have a sales organization focused on the development of the mid-market segment. We have a highly specialized and expert team in customer satisfaction and retention, a central objective in the Serban Group's strategy. We see the mid-tier as the growth engine of economies in every country we operate in, and we want to accelerate our presence there”.

Under this premise, customers of both companies will be able to access solutions ranging from classic physical infrastructure with a pay-as-you-go model, either in private, public or hybrid clouds, to data protection through cybersecurity and safeguarding tools, and even solutions for the work environment. The focus of the solutions will not only be limited to pre-existing and legacy business applications, but will also encompass the implementation of new modern, flexible and agile business solutions under the pay-as-you-go model, such as CRM, ERP or after-sales customer service systems.
Alberto Mingo emphasized: “In this first year alone, Serban Group and HAL will have invested more than 1.8 million dollars in the expansion of the Midmarket segment. Starting next year and with the opening of new operations in both Latin America and Europe, we anticipate doubling this investment year after year”.
