Invited to B-FY Pulse event as speakers on Digital Identity and Cybersecurity

Serban Group participated in the B-Fy Pulse event of our partner B-Fy. The aim of the event was to analyse the latest trends in cybersecurity. The meeting took place at the Urso hotel in Madrid. There, different panels of experts were set up to address issues such as digital identity protection, legal keys and new regulations at the cybersecurity level, as well as good practices to prevent risks.

Miguel Abreu, CEO of B-Fy, was in charge of opening the day, with an introduction in which he highlighted the importance of cybersecurity to ensure business continuity.

On behalf of Serban Group, Juan Pablo Yagüe, Head of Strategic Alliances and of the Digital Identity area, gave a presentation under the title: Protecting our digital identity in the online world: myths and truths, where he first talked about the current landscape for companies with respect to cybersecurity, and then focused on biometric technology and its different applications. He ended his presentation clarifying doubts and frequent myths regarding the use of biometrics for the protection of digital identity.
