Initial situation:

PreZero Spain is one of the main companies in the environmental services sector in Spain and Portugal. With a team of 17,000 employees, the company is dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for waste and resource management, serving more than 15 million citizens. Its commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability positions it as a leader in its industry, constantly seeking to improve its processes and reduce its ecological footprint.

How we help from Serban Group:

Serban Group, a technology integrator with more than 20 years of experience, was selected as a partner for this project. The implemented solution included:

  1. Situation and Scope Analysis: Before starting the implementation, an exhaustive analysis of the current situation and needs of PreZero Spain was carried out. This assessment included a detailed evaluation of the existing digital signature systems, identifying that the digital signature solution previously implemented in the company, although functional, was more expensive and offered fewer functionalities compared to the solution implemented by Serban Group.

In addition, the signing processes and their integration with other corporate platforms were analyzed. This step was crucial to defining the scope of the project, identifying key areas for implementation, and ensuring that the proposed solution would meet all of PreZero's operational and compliance needs, optimizing costs and improving operational efficiency.

  2. Migration to the new eSAW platform (eSignanywhere): All existing users were transferred to this new digital signature platform efficiently and without notable incidents.

  3. Integration with Sharepoint: Seamless integration with Sharepoint and other systems and applications already used in the organization was ensured.

Results:

The project was successfully completed on time and within the stipulated time, a period of three months, achieving all objectives without significant incidents. Achievements include:

  • Omnichannel Signing: PreZero can now handle in-person or remote signing scenarios with a variety of e-signature methods.

  • Legal compliance: The solution meets the most demanding legal standards, including qualified electronic signature (QES) and the eIDAS system.

  • Sustainability: Adopting a paperless signature system supports PreZero's commitment to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

This modernization has strengthened PreZero Spain's position as a leader in environmental services, optimizing its business processes and reinforcing its commitment to sustainability.
